We enjoyed everything about this property - the location, the view, the binoculars were a cool touch to see what was going on down by the harbour and across the Auckland bridge and beyond! The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the necessary items. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it had everything required and a Nespresso coffee machine! Having access to the swimming pool was great, there was also a sauna, steam room, gym and change room. I also called and emailed prior to booking and I found the process efficient. Valet parking was great too, we didn't have to wait very long for our car when we needed it. Beds were comfy, lots of towels. We would definitely book one of the Urban Rest Apartments again.
The Pacifica is an absolutely stunning building, the amenities are world-class and the views top it all off!
I interacted with the Urban Rest support team over emails. They are professional and responsive.I prefer to stay at apartments over hotels because I like to cook my own food. Having access to kitchen, fridge , wash/dryer is well worth it. Highly recommended! I would come back again.
