Thank you for the lovely stay. It was a pleasant home for my short visit. It was clean, comfy, convenient, instructions given were clear. The team was accommodating of my concerns too and requests. I’d consider staying again in other Urban Rest locations.
The apartment was in immaculate condition and perfectly located close to everything the city has to offer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable. We'll definitely be booking again!
I loved how everything was just right. The accommodation was modern, light AND very clean! Plenty of cooking gear, crockery and cutlery as well as food basics. The position was close to shops, parks, restaurants, pubs and transport. Checkin and checkout was seamless and extending my stay was done very quickly and efficiently.
Everything was perfect! The location, close to amenities, excellent communication and detailed check-in instructions, the cleanliness of the apartment, and comfort, having good quality handwash/body wash and cleaning products available. A good laundry area, and cooking facilities.
The apartment was amazing. It had everything you'd need for a long-term stay. Entry to the car park and apartment was very easy. Everything was thought of. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants around, and the tram at the door went into the city.

The spot was close to plenty of restaurants and bars, and directly on the tram line for a short and seamless journey into the CBD. Plenty of room for our family of four.
